Do I need to pay for personal training sessions before turning up?

Yes please, payment details will be arranged prior your appointment.

Do I have to be fit before I start a training plan?

Off course not, you can be a first timer or an athlete with my experience I will guide you through your journey starting from any fitness level.

Do you accept cash?

No, all payments are made online.

Do you have a cancelation policy?

Yes, I require discipline to make sure my clients gain the most from each training session, I require 24 hours’ notice without charge. In a block of 10 sessions, 2 sessions are allowed for unforeseen cancellations. 

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Just yourself with a can-do attitude and I will go above and beyond to deliver everything else.

Are you insured?

Yes, I am fully insured, I am insured with REPS, the register of Exercise Professionals, I undergo CPD courses to be on this register, so I am keeping my training up to date.  first aid certified, DBS checked, I have over 16 years’ experience, you are in the safest and most experienced hands possible.

Do I need to buy any equipment?

Not for Personal Training, Inbody, life coaching. However, Pilates and Pure Core you require a mat. Kettlercise you need your own kettlebells. 

Are there any age requirements?

If under 18 years old, we do require a guardian’s consent. Kettlercise has a minimum age of 16 years of age. Children over the age of four years of age can use Inbody. 

Are there any reasons why I cannot take part in one of your exercise programs?

Please seek advice from your doctor prior to starting one of Rive PT exercises sessions. Doctors written consent is required anyone over the age of 35 who has not exercised for some time. If you are pregnant you cannot take part in Kettlercise, Pure Core or Pilates. If you have a pacemaker you cannot use the Inbody machine. 

Do you have a Refund policy?

I do not refund any pre-paid training sessions.

How quickly will I see results?

If you follow my advice you will see between 25 – 100 % improvement between month number 1 and month number 3, small gains are seen between week 1 and week 4. Results are always seen.
